The Croydon Voluntary Group is run largely by people living with diabetes under the care of Croydon University Hospital (Mayday). The Group :
- Holds meetings where people living with diabetes and carers listen to experts discussing diabetic issues
- Discuss and share experiences with others
- Organise fundraising events for research
- A social session over light refreshments to meet people/friends.
The subscription fee is £10 (this covers the cost of hiring the venue and producing newsletters)
If joining after 1 st July 2011 a reduced rate of £5 is payable
To join the group please download the subscription form and post the same to the Membership Secretary along with the payment (details on the form).
